LAFAYETTE – A non-conference schedule featuring several matchups with Power 5 programs, a conference series with Sun Belt newcomer James Madison, and the Sun Belt Tournament at Lamson Park are the highlights of the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns Softball team’s 2023 season schedule which was released on Tuesday (Nov. 8, 2022).

The challenging non-conference slate features an appearance in the prestigious TaxAct Clearwater Invitational in Clearwater, Florida, plus weekend tournaments involving LSU, Texas and Florida.

In between the two series is the team’s annual Spring Break trip which this year brings the Ragin’ Cajuns to Texas for midweek games at Baylor and Texas A&M on April 11 and April 12, respectively.

After concluding the regular season at Lamson Park with ULM to begin the month of May, the Ragin’ Cajuns remain at home to defend their Sun Belt Tournament crown in front of the home crowd from May 10-13.
